When NVM Law approached me in April 2015, their online presence lacked the authority and clarity needed to connect with prospective clients. The outdated design failed to communicate the firm’s professional caliber, leaving visitors uncertain about the value NVM could provide. They needed a website that was both informative and approachable—something that would authentically reflect their mission, values, and credibility in the Dallas litigation market.
Strategic approach
Through in-depth conversations and brand discovery sessions, I identified that NVM Law required more than just a visual refresh. They needed a cohesive brand strategy that would align with their firm’s identity and instill confidence in potential leads. I developed a “brand plan” centered on a warm color palette, clean lines, and a classic, trustworthy aesthetic. Clear, compelling copy reinforced these visual cues, ensuring visitors would understand NVM’s strengths, expertise, and guiding principles at a glance. I also analyzed their previous site to pinpoint where messaging and visuals fell short, then strategically addressed these gaps to create a more authentic and credible user experience.
